Another camp ground worth a visit, we stayed 4 nights, plenty of things to do if you like to walk, only 10 km from Pemberton. Interesting trees. Only about 10 caravan sites.

Fabulous place to stay. Pay for your camp fees (very reasonable) at the Parks & Wildlife Office in town. Nice shady sites and friendly camp neighbours. We enjoyed afternoon happy hour beside the camp fire. The dam is just down the road. Plenty of photo opportunities surround. Well worth it to camp here.

Big Brook Arboretum
Decided not to stay. Very rural, trees everywhere which is nice. 3 other campers there, no reception, no water no electricity, toilet drop down.Pay is 11$ per person.we’ve been travelling for 2 mos now from Tasmania, Victoria, SA and WA. These places have free camps with the views or free camps with toilets all for donations or just free.This site $11 per person ! So a family of 4 is $44 per stay for something like that. Dirt road trip b get here too.

Camp is about 3kms from dam but still very picturesque. Has onsite toilet and about ten camp sites available for 11 p/n per adult or 3 for kids.

Loved this place!! Small campsite with around 13 sites I think, but so nice being surrounded by the big trees and the hosts were brilliant! Dogs around and nice walks around the dam! We will defo be back!
